What is your return policy on furniture and large items?
Furniture and high-value items are eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition. Please note that a 15% restocking fee may apply, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
In-stock items typically ship within 5-7 business days. For larger furniture pieces requiring White Glove Delivery, please allow 3-5 weeks for transit and scheduling.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping rates and delivery timelines for Canadian orders will be calculated at checkout based on location and weight.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it has been placed?
Because we strive to process orders quickly, we allow a 24-hour window for cancellations. Once an order has moved to our warehouse for fulfillment, we are unable to make modifications.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged?
Please inspect your delivery immediately. If an item arrives damaged, contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage and the packaging to initiate a replacement or claim.
Are your products covered by a warranty?
We stand behind the quality of our curated pieces. Most furniture items carry a one-year manufacturer's warranty against structural defects under normal residential use.
